Arthur Schultz is an associate who specializes in dental liability defense. His clients are dentists and their insurance carriers. Dr. Schultz is also a general dentist, practicing in Manhattan Beach.

He is skilled in the evaluation of both the dental and legal aspects of malpractice cases, which, as a professional in both fields, he is able to value and analyze for exposure. This background also enables him to communicate equally with dentists and lawyers during defense of malpractice suits, and with insurance carriers as well.

Dr. Schultz lectures to various dental, dental hygiene and insurance organizations on a regular basis, including Southern California dental schools.

He was a member of the Examining Committee of the California State Board of Dental Examiners from 1987 to 2006. He has served as President of the Western Los Angeles Dental Society and currently chairs its CPR Committee. He is a Fellow of the American College of Dentists and a Fellow of the International College of Dentists. Recently he was elected to the Pierre Fouchard Academy. Dr. Schultz is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Southern California Defense Counsel.

After receiving his undergraduate education at UCLA, he attended the USC School of Dentistry, receiving a D.D.S. degree in 1970. He received his J.D. in 1977 from Loyola University School of Law, with Special Recognition for being on the Dean's List throughout law school.

Born in Los Angeles, Dr. Schultz lives in Redondo Beach with his wife Linda.
