Mitchell D. Kaylor, a partner of the firm, practices in the areas of professional, premises, and automobile liability matters. He has defended general dentists, endodontists, orthodontists, pediatric general dentists, prosthodontists, pharmacists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. Mr. Kaylor’s practice includes defending professionals against actions brought by the particular licensing Board.
Mr. Kaylor is an experienced trial attorney who has consistently achieved excellent trial results for his clients. He has arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases throughout Southern California. He has also lectured to dentists and dental students regarding risk management and malpractice issues.
Mr. Kaylor was admitted to the State Bar in California in 1996. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Central District. He received his J.D. in 1996 from McGeorge School of Law where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Procedure, and honors in the Moot Court oral and written competitions.
Mr. Kaylor attended college at Long Beach State University on a baseball scholarship and played in the 1991 College World Series. He graduated in 1992 with a major in psychology.
Mr. Kaylor lives in Seal Beach, and enjoys golfing and surfing.
