Ms. Talmachoff's previous career experience includes staff counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Los Angeles, California. Her professional memberships include the American Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.

Ms. Talmachoff received her J.D. from McGeorge Law School, University of the Pacific in Sacramento, California. While at McGeorge Law School, Ms. Talmachoff was selected to be a student teacher in Appellate Advocacy and earned Honors in Trial Advocacy. She also attended the University of Salzburg, taking a course in Fundamental Rights in Europe and the United States by Anthony M. Kennedy, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. While attending law school, she also worked as a law clerk for Dreyer, Babich, Buccola and Callaham in Sacramento, California. Ms. Talmachoff obtained her B.A. in History from Chapman University in Orange, California, graduating cum laude. Born in Long Beach, California, Ms. Talmachoff currently resides in Newport Beach.
