Mr. Becker joined Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar in 2010. Before joining the firm, he was a senior associate with the Law Offices of Johnson, Cebula & Rygh for eleven years, where his areas of practice included construction defect litigation, and defense of general liability, products liability, premises liability and automobile liability claims. Prior to the Law Offices of Johnson, Cebula & Rygh, Mr. Becker was an associate with the Law Offices of Bennett & Kistner, defending clients in the areas of premises liability, automobile liability, and government tort liability. He has extensive experience in resolving cases through arbitration and mediation.

Mr. Becker was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1990. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Central District.

In 1990, Mr. Becker received his J.D. from Western State University School of Law, in Fullerton, California, graduating with honors. He previously earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University - Fullerton.

Born in Brookings, South Dakota, Mr. Becker currently resides in Costa Mesa with his wife and two daughters.
