Jason B. Friedman is a partner and trial lawyer who practices in the areas of professional, product and premises liability. He also has extensive experience in the areas of automobile liability, general liability and employment law. He also defends dentists in administrative actions and insurance audits. Mr. Friedman has tried numerous cases to verdict across a wide spectrum of practice areas. He also has extensive experience arbitrating and mediating cases. His clients include insurance companies, health care professionals, and other self-insureds.

Mr. Friedman earned a J.D. from Loyola Law School where he was a recipient of the school's First Honors Award. He began his legal career working as an immigration attorney for Catholic Charities. He has been with Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar since 2002.

Prior to matriculating to law school, Mr. Friedman played professional baseball for Boston Red Sox, Baltimore Orioles, and Seattle Mariners. He played for the AAA affiliate for each of the above-named organizations. During his professional baseball career he attended U.C. Riverside in the off season.

Upon concluding his baseball career, Mr. Friedman completed his undergraduate education at California State University, Long Beach, where he carried a grade point average of 3.75. Thereafter, Mr. Friedman worked as a teacher at Hawthorne Middle School while attending Loyola Law School.

Mr. Friedman is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the American Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute. He is licensed to practice in California, Nevada, Arizona and Massachusetts. Mr. Friedman resides in Rossmoor with his wife Jennifer, daughter Lauren, and son Nicholas.
