Jennifer L. Russell is a litigation associate and trial attorney with the firm. Her practice area is concentrated on cases involving automobile and common carrier liability, premises liability and product liability.

Ms. Russell has tried several matters to successful conclusion. The majority of her trials have ended with defense verdicts in which our clients were awarded costs. She also has extensive experience in resolving cases through arbitration and mediation. Prior legal experience includes working at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.

Ms. Russell is a member of the State Bar of California. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Central District.

Ms. Russell attended Whittier Law School where she received American Jurisprudence Awards for legal writing and advanced legal writing and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award. In addition, she was a legal writing teaching assistant. Ms. Russell was a law review member and also served as the Notes and Comments Editor and Managing Editor for the Whittier Law Review. Ms. Russell earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she majored in environmental studies and law and society.

Her professional memberships include the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.

Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Ms. Russell currently resides with her husband and daughters in Huntington Beach.
