John K. Paulson, a partner of the firm, specializes in automobile insurance defense litigation.

Mr. Paulson has been with the firm since 2000. His previous experience includes four years of litigation practice with The Law Offices of John M. Boyko, specializing in rental car contracts and defense.

Mr. Paulson was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1996. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Central District.

Mr. Paulson received his Juris Doctorate in 1996 from The University of West Los Angeles School of Law where he was an author and associate editor of the Law Review.

Mr. Paulson attended college at Long Beach State University, graduating in 1991, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Finance.

Mr. Paulson has extensive jury trial experience with automobile cases, specializing in low-speed rear end accidents and suspicious claims.  Mr. Paulson also has experience in representing rental-car companies, including the issues of ownership responsibility and permissive use.

Mr. Paulson was born, raised and currently lives in Torrance, California. He enjoys operating motorcycles both on the street and dirt.  Mr. Paulson is married and has two children.
