Lissa Tomich is an associate attorney with the firm, focusing on the area of construction defect and liability. Ms. Tomich represents developers, general contractors, and subcontractors.

Ms. Tomich joined Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar in March 2006, coming from Michelman & Robinson, LLP, where she also practiced construction defect litigation. Prior to Michelman & Robinson, Ms. Tomich was a sole practitioner where she focused on practicing family and criminal law. Ms. Tomich also practiced insurance defense as an associate attorney at the firm of King & Williams in Los Angeles, California upon graduating from law school.

Ms. Tomich was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1990. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. She is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in California.

In 1989, Ms. Tomich received her J.D. from Whittier College School of Law, Los Angeles, California. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Providence College, located in Providence, Rhode Island. Ms. Tomich has been a mentor in the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Los Angeles program since 2007.

Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Ms. Tomich currently resides in San Pedro with her husband, Daniel, and step-son, Danny.
