Mitchell D. Kaylor, a partner of the firm, practices in the areas of the defense of health care professionals and corporations, premises, and administrative law matters. His litigation experience includes defending professionals and health care corporations against accusations brought by licensing boards, as well as administrative proceedings brought by the Department of Health Services.

Mr. Kaylor is an experienced trial attorney who has consistently achieved excellent trial results for his clients. He has arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases throughout Southern California. He has also lectured to dentists and dental students regarding risk management and malpractice issues.

Mr. Kaylor was admitted to the State Bar in California in 1996. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Central District. He received his J.D. in 1996 from McGeorge School of Law where he was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award as well as honors in the Moot Court oral and written competitions.

Mr. Kaylor attended college at Long Beach State University on a baseball scholarship and played in the 1991 College World Series. He graduated in 1992 with a major in psychology.

Mr. Kaylor lives in Seal Beach, and enjoys golfing and surfing.
