Sean Gandhi practices all forms of general liability litigation, including premises liability, workplace accidents, automobile/trucking accidents, personal injury defense, business/contract disputes, transactional matters, and construction defects. He defends corporations, individuals, general contractors, developers, and subcontractors. In addition to a trial practice, he has achieved numerous favorable results through various forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Mr. Gandhi earned his memberships into the State Bar of California in 1998 and the State Bar of Nevada in 2001. He is also admitted to practice before a number of federal courts, including the United States Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit; the District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California; the District of Nevada; and the District of Colorado.

He is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and a volunteer mediator for the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

He is a 1998 graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law. Mr. Gandhi received his B.A. degree in 1987 from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he majored in Business Economics.

During law school, Mr. Gandhi clerked for the California Attorney General’s office researching and writing criminal appellate briefs, and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office where he conducted numerous felony preliminary hearings. In addition he was an extern for two civil judges in Los Angeles County Superior Court where he evaluated law and motions briefs and researched and wrote opinion letters.
