Tejas B. Patel is an associate and trial lawyer. Mr. Patel practices in the areas of general liability, health care liability, automobile litigation, homeowners’ and premises liability. His practice has included the representation of companies and individuals in employment related matters, construction companies, organizations and individuals in all areas of the law.

Mr. Patel has successfully represented clients through various stages of litigation including defense jury verdicts, arbitrations and mediation of complex, multi-party claims.

Mr. Patel has been a member of the California State Bar since 1994. He practiced with the firm of John Hill & Associates for seven years before joining Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar in 2002. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Central and Southern Districts.

Mr. Patel received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, in 1994 and his B.A. in Social Ecology from the University of California at Irvine in 1991.

He and his wife, Dr. Mini Mehra, and children, Riya, Arjun and Rohan live in Manhattan Beach.
