Tina Mangarpan serves as counsel to the firm.  She handles professional liability, aviation, product liability, Americans with Disabilities, mortuary and cemetery litigation, business and premises liability cases. She represents clients that include airlines, retailers, product manufacturers, restaurants, hotels and contractors, and their insurance carriers.

Ms. Mangarpan began her career in 1984 at Shield & Smith where she became a partner in 1991. She has been with Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar since its inception.

Ms. Mangarpan is a member of the State Bar of California. She is admitted to practice in all State courts in California, the United States District Court and the Federal Court, Ninth Circuit. She is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.  Ms. Mangarpan speaks to insurance and retail industry clients on premises liability and other insurance defense topics.

Ms. Mangarpan received her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1984. Her B.A. degree is from Drew University, Madison, New Jersey, where she majored in political science, and graduated with the honors of Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude in 1981.  She resides with her husband, Jeff, and their daughter, Brittany.
