Partner Jon Hammerbeck is a long standing member of the renowned national organization Defense Research Institute (DRI).  He has been a member of the Construction Law Steering Committee for four years, and is currently the program chair for the annual Construction Law seminar for 2016 in New Orleans.  He has also published numerous articles in the various DRI publications including For the Defense.  Mr. Hammerbeck is also a member of the San Diego Superior Court Mediator Panel, and serves as a neutral arbitrator for the Kaiser Permanente Office of Independent Administration.
