Ben G. Gage is a Senior Counsel in the firm’s Long Beach office. His current practices include insurance defense, personal injury, and premises liability. Mr. Gage has previously represented creditors in bankruptcy cases and in business litigation. Mr. Gage is admitted to practice in all California State and Federal courts.
Mr. Gage has experience in handling complex, multi-party litigation including representing owners and managers in mobile home park litigation and representing developers and general contractors in construction defect cases. Mr. Gage has defended businesses in tort and contract actions. Mr. Gage previously practiced in bankruptcy law for several years before turning to litigation and insurance defense work. During his bankruptcy practice Mr. Gage protected the rights and claims of creditors and aided his clients in asset recovery.
Mr. Gage graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor in Political Science and a Minor in Economics. After completing his Bachelor’s degree, Mr. Gage earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law.
