Brandon Matamoros is a litigation associate at Ford Walker Haggerty & Behar’s Long Beach office. Prior to joining FWHB, Mr. Matamoros worked for a civil litigation defense firm which specialized in high exposure motor vehicle accidents and personal injury defense for a major insurance company.
While attending Whittier Law School, Mr. Matamoros worked as a clerk for the Orange County District Attorney’s Consumer Protection Unit where he helped the District Attorney prosecute businesses engaging in deceptive and unfair business practices. Additionally, Mr. Matamoros assisted low-income families with custody and divorce proceedings in the Los Angeles Superior Court Family Law Workshop. He also was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Board and received the CALI “Excellence for the Future” Award for achieving the highest grade in his Constitutional Law course. Mr. Matamoros received his undergraduate bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Irvine.
