Glenn Goldby is a senior counsel at Ford Walker Haggerty and Behar’s Long Beach office. Mr. Goldby has experience in defending individuals and businesses in catastrophic injuries. He has maintained the highest individual peer-review rating by Martindale Hubbell since 1985. His practice is dedicated to the area of casualty defense, primarily the defense of first and third party claims on behalf of insurance carriers. His experience involves all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and he has three published appellate decisions.
Mr. Goldby is an experienced trial attorney and has successfully obtained favorable verdicts for his clients in courts throughout California involving general casualty, premise liability, public entity liability, and motor vehicle negligence. Mr. Goldby has also arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases to successful resolution.
He serves as a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
