Gustavo Silvestre Boldrini is a litigation associate at Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar’s Long Beach firm, focusing in automobile liability and personal injury defense. Prior to joining FWHB, Mr. Boldrini was a litigation manager at a boutique personal injury firm in Los Angeles. While there, he gained experience with depositions, court settlement conferences, hearings, medical examinations, and mediations. Overseeing a team of six, Mr. Boldrini handled all aspects of pre-trial litigation.
Mr. Boldrini attended Loyola Law School. His education at Loyola focused on civil litigation and torts. Mr. Boldrini took advanced courses in torts, negotiations, and litigation. Mr. Boldrini also received a Mediation Certificate satisfying the CA Dispute Resolution Programs Act.
Prior to law school, Mr. Boldrini received his Bachelor’s degree, in Political Science, from Cal State Fullerton.
Originally from Brazil, Mr. Boldrini speaks fluent Portuguese and conversational Spanish, allowing him to communicate quickly and efficiently with clients and witnesses.
Mr. Boldrini was an accomplished wrestler in his youth, and continues to enjoy Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, MMA, and weightlifting.
