John K. Paulson is an Equity Partner and lead trial counsel at the firm. He has tried at least 100 cases to verdict, many of which were high exposure matters. Mr. Paulson’s significant courtroom experience includes catastrophic injuries, business disputes, municipality issues, and many more. In addition, he is actively involved in every aspect of litigation prior to trial to ensure each case is positioned for the best result.
Mr. Paulson started with FWHB in 2000, focusing his litigation skills on defending cases and understanding current trends within the plaintiffs’ bar, including unnecessary pain management, spinal surgeries, inflated lien procedure costs, and allegations of mild traumatic brain injuries.
Although Mr. Paulson is ready to try any case, he understands the careful balance between risk analysis and cost-effective litigation in defending high exposure cases.
