Kevin R. Lazar has achieved the level of Senior Counsel while working at the firm’s Las Vegas office. He has been an attorney for over fifteen years with many years spent specializing in medical malpractice defense. Mr. Lazar also has an extensive litigation background in a wide variety of personal injury cases and in premises liability matters. These include auto accidents, slip and falls, dog bites cases, contract disputes, UM/UIM matters, and insurance bad faith.
An expert in Nevada law, Mr. Lazar externed with Justice James Hardesty in the Second Judicial District of Washoe County, Reno, Nevada as a law student. Upon graduation, he then became a law clerk for Judge Jessie Walsh from 2005-2006 in the Eighth Judicial District of Clark County, Nevada before entering private practice. He is admitted to practice in Nevada State Court, as well as Federal Court in the State of Nevada.
