Leslee A. Noland is a Senior Counsel at the firm’s San Diego office. Her current practice focuses on insurance defense, general liability defense, premises liability defense, civil litigation, and construction litigation. She has extensive experience in law in motion, depositions, mandatory settlement conferences, mediations, binding arbitration and trial preparation.
Ms. Noland’s previous career experience includes high exposure insurance defense construction defect claims involving commercial, residential developments and high-end/spec residences; business litigation; mergers and acquisitions, including securing financing for the same; subrogation actions; declaratory relief actions; product liability, including multi-district mass tort litigation and insurance coverage.
Ms. Noland’s clients included owners, builders, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, corporations, product manufacturers, insurance companies and self-insureds. Her prior career experience includes working in-house as a complex legal analyst on high exposure claims for an insurance run-off company. This experience coupled with her extensive litigation background gives her a unique understanding, perspective and approach to case management, handling, and moving matters to resolution.
