Mark P. Nelson is an associate at the Long Beach office. His practice focuses on insurance defense, civil litigation, with an emphasis involving automobile accidents and premises liability. Mr. Nelson also has extensive experience in business management and dispute litigation, contract law, construction management and defect litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, employment litigation, workers’ compensation, and products liability.
Mr. Nelson is a founding member of the United States Soccer Federation’s Los Angeles Development Counsel. Council members serve as ambassadors for the official governing body of the sport of soccer in the United States, contribute leadership, and drive impact investing.
Mr. Nelson earned his J.D. in 2014 from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California. He was a member the Business Law Association, and Entertainment & Sports Law Society. Mr. Nelson earned his B.A. in sociology from California State University, Fullerton in 2010, while playing for the men’s soccer team and serving on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
