Michael J. Mermelstein is an Associate Attorney in the Long Beach office who practices in the areas of insurance defense, civil litigation with an emphasis in personal injury matters involving automobile accidents and premises liability. He has previously worked in Trust and Estate litigation and employment law.
Mr. Mermelstein is an active member of the Long Beach Bar Association, The Orange County Jewish Bar Association, and the Riverside Bar Association. He is the vice president of the Auschwitz Study Foundation. He received his J.D. in 2022 from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. He obtained his M.A in American Politics from Claremont Graduate University in 2013, and his B.A. with a double major in Political Science and Comparative World Literature from California State University Long Beach in 2011.
