Rachel E. Boden is a litigation associate, specializing in automobile and common carrier liability, premises liability, general liability, and personal injury defense. Before joining the firm, Mrs. Boden worked on the Plaintiff’s side as a litigator, focusing mainly on elder abuse and general personal injury cases.
While in law school, Mrs. Boden wrote the Moot Court problem for the National Entertainment Moot Court competition, held annually at Pepperdine Law School. She also studied abroad in London and was a member of the Moot Court team there.
