Shelby L. Clark is a Senior Counsel and litigation attorney at the Long Beach office. His practice focuses on insurance defense and civil litigation with an emphases on personal, injury matters involving automobile accidents and premises liability.
Shelby has had a varied career including corporate and business law, licensing, intellectual property protection and litigation, business transactions, nonprofits, and animal law (ask him about service dogs!). He graduated magna cum laude from what was then University of California – Hastings College of the Law in 1999, where he was an articles editor for Hastings Law Journal, president of the Hastings Intellectual Property Organization, Chairman of the Snodgrass Competition Committee , and an assistant Legal Writing & Research instructor. Prior to law school he was a writer and editor.
