Veronica M. Hernandez is an associate at our Inland Empire office. Her practice focuses on insurance defense, civil litigation with an emphasis in personal injury matters involving automobile accidents and premises liability.
While in law school, Ms. Hernandez served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Lisa Rogan in the California Superior Court. She also interned as a Certified Law Clerk at the California Superior Court, Rancho Cucamonga and conducted several criminal preliminary hearings and prosecuted misdemeanor cases. Ms. Hernandez received several CALI “Excellence for the Future” Awards for receiving the highest grade in her class, including Criminal Procedure Trial, Appellate Advocacy, Evidence, Legal Writing I and Legal Writing II. Ms. Hernandez was a multi-year competitor in two National Moot Court Competitions where she placed second best team in the overall competition and received an award for best respondent’s brief. Ms. Hernandez was also the managing editor of the La Verne Law Review and an editor of the Journal of Law, Business and Ethics. Upon graduation, Ms. Hernandez was awarded the National Order of Scribes award for excellence in legal writing.
