Victoria A. Silcox

Victoria A. Silcox is a former Partner at the firm who specializes in complex litigation matters including products liability, premises liability, industrial accidents, automobile and pedestrian cases, general liability and breach of contract.

During Ms. Silcox’s employment as a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Long Beach, she also obtained extensive experience in defending public entities against claims regarding employment, premises liability, negligence, and ADA violations.

Ms. Silcox is a trial attorney who also has extensive experience in mediations and binding arbitrations. She has taken and defended thousands of depositions.

Ms. Silcox is admitted to the State Bar of California, the State Bar of New York and the State Bar of Texas. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Central District. Ms. Silcox was named a Southern California SuperLawyers Rising Star in 2006 and 2007.

Ms. Silcox received her B.A. in English from the University of California, Los Angeles. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School. She also studied abroad in Madrid, Spain, through the College of William & Mary. During her studies abroad, Ms. Silcox ran with the bulls in Pamplona.

Ms. Silcox was raised in Arcadia, California. After law school, she moved to New York City and then Houston, Texas. Ms. Silcox practiced law in both states.
