The opening of our new Orange County, CA office
Ford Walker Haggerty & Behar is pleased to announce the opening of our new Orange County office located in Santa Ana, California. The additional location allows FWHB to continue to provide exceptional service for all of our clients throughout California and Nevada.
FWHB is pleased to announce that in 2022, three of their partners will be serving as executive board members for the Orange County Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). The organization is an invitation only national association of experienced trial lawyers and Judges that must have tried enough cases to qualify. Members must exhibit the virtues of civility, integrity and professionalism. The OC chapter will be led by Founding Partner Bill Haggerty who after serving on the board in various roles for the last six years has been elevated to President of Orange County ABOTA. Juan Delgado was elevated to Secretary and Jennifer Russell was newly appointed to the OC ABOTA board. Currently FWHB has 10 ABOTA members.

Senior Counsel Edye A. Hill was named as a partner of the firm beginning in 2022. Her practice focuses on insurance defense, civil litigation with an emphasis in personal injury matters involving automobile accidents and premises liability.
Senior Counsel Mark P. LaScola was named as a partner of the firm beginning in 2022. Mr. LaScola’s practice emphasizes on all areas of law and motion, writs, appeals, and legal research. He also has significant experience in general liability litigation with a focus on construction law, personal injury, and labor and employment law.

The firm has acquired the well-established Insurance Defense firm Casey Law Group and added them to our Ford Walker Haggerty & Behar family. Partner Arthur J. Casey will continue to manage office. The acquisition allows FWHB to continue to provide exceptional service for all of our clients throughout California and Nevada. The Silicon Valley office will support our already existing offices Norther California offices in San Francisco and Sacramento.
Equity Partners James D. Savage and Robert L. Reisinger have been promoted to the level of Senior Equity Partner to join Jeffrey S. Behar, Founding Partner, and Patrick J. Gibbs, Senior Equity Partner.
Partners Tina I. Mangarpan, Shayne L. Wulterin, Stephen W. Moore and John K. Paulson have been elevated to the position of Equity Partners beginning in 2020.
Senior Counsel Victoria A. Silcox was named as a partner of the firm beginning in 2020. Ms. Silcox specializes in complex litigation matters including products liability, premises liability, industrial accidents, automobile and pedestrian cases, general liability and breach of contract. Ms. Silcox is admitted to the State Bar of California, the State Bar of New York and the State Bar of Texas.
Senior Counsel Jeet Sen was named as a partner of the firm beginning in 2020. Mr. Sen specializes in all aspects of insurance bad faith, complex coverage actions, and civil litigations throughout Southern California.
