DENTAL BOARD ACCUSATION

William Haggerty and a senior counsel from FWHB successfully defended an Accusation brought by the California Dental Board against a general dentist whose patient died following dental treatment. The defense proved that there was no gross negligence and no repeated acts of negligence. The three-day hearing resulted in a complete dismissal of the Board’s Accusation. (2015).
