FWHB attorneys successfully defended a legal malpractice claim in which plaintiffs claimed they had been fraudulently induced to sign a settlement agreement at a mediation. Immediately prior to the hearing on defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (asserting the mediation privilege as a complete bar to plaintiff’s claims), the case was dismissed.
