Partners Jeffrey Behar, Tina Mangarpan and Mark LaScola recently prevailed at both the trial court and appellate court level, on a legal malpractice case filed against the defendant attorney and his law offices in Los Angeles County Superior Court.  Following contentious and lengthy litigation, the trial court granted the complex Motion for Summary Judgment, which dismissed the plaintiffs’ complaint that had sought at least seven figures in damages against the defendant attorney and his law offices.  The Second District Court of Appeal thereafter affirmed the trial court’s decision, which was followed by the California Supreme Court denying the plaintiff’s Petition for Review.
