Since the firm’s inception we have specialized in representing municipalities, and school districts in lawsuits seeking recovery for a variety of claimed damages resulting from slip-and-fall accidents, environmental clean-up claims, property damage, alleged dangerous conditions of public property, and employment disputes. We have extensive experience in representing school districts through the Independent Cities Risk Management Authority (ICRMA), in all aspects of municipal civil litigation. In addition, we have defended school districts through California SEWUP program and wrap insurance coverage for California Community Colleges. We represent a number of community college districts and currently represent El Camino College on personal injury cases, as well as construction related matters.

Sample successes included affirming the ruling on a Motion for Summary Judgment in favor of the School District in a case involving a Project Labor Agreement and multiple constitutional issues.
